Janelyn Tandingan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Healthura Medical Tourism, bringing more than 12 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient care, medical tourism, customer experience, and international patient coordination.

Her career in healthcare has focused on helping patients navigate complex medical journeys with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Her experience includes global patient management, patient case management, quality assurance, healthcare coordination, appointment management, and team leadership.

Having worked closely with patients, physicians, clinics, hospitals, and international healthcare partners, Janelyn understands that medical tourism is about more than connecting patients with a healthcare provider. It is about creating a trusted support system around the patient—from the initial consultation and provider selection to treatment coordination and post-care follow-up.

This understanding inspired her to build Healthura as a patient-centered healthcare bridge connecting individuals with trusted medical professionals and healthcare facilities around the world.

As CEO, Janelyn oversees Healthura's strategic direction, patient experience, healthcare partnerships, and organizational development. Her leadership is grounded in three principles: trust, transparency, and compassionate patient care.

She believes every patient deserves access to reliable information, respectful communication, privacy, and personalized guidance when making important decisions about their health.

Chief Technology Officer

Jolina Viray serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Healthura Medical Tourism, leading the company's technology strategy and digital innovation initiatives.

Jolina is responsible for guiding Healthura's technology vision and helping develop digital solutions that support patients, healthcare providers, and partners throughout the medical tourism journey.

She works closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities where technology can improve communication, streamline healthcare coordination, enhance operational efficiency, and create a more seamless patient experience.

As CTO, Jolina plays a key role in shaping Healthura's digital infrastructure and technology-driven services, with a focus on building solutions that are secure, scalable, accessible, and user-friendly.

Her leadership supports Healthura's vision of combining healthcare expertise, technology, and innovation to make international healthcare more connected and accessible.

Kristel Vedad

Global Head of Communications

Kristel Vedad serves as the Global Head of Communications at Healthura Medical Tourism, leading the company's global communication strategy and helping strengthen Healthura's voice and presence across international markets.

Kristel oversees corporate communications, brand messaging, public relations, and communication initiatives, ensuring that Healthura's mission, values, and services are communicated clearly and consistently to patients, healthcare partners, and stakeholders around the world.

Her role focuses on building meaningful connections between Healthura and its global audience through clear, compassionate, and trustworthy communication.

She works closely with the leadership team to develop messaging that reflects Healthura's commitment to transparency, professionalism, patient advocacy, and accessible healthcare.

As Global Head of Communications, Kristel plays an important role in strengthening Healthura's international identity and ensuring that patients and partners can confidently understand who we are, what we do, and how we support their healthcare journey.

Together with the Healthura leadership team, Kristel contributes to building a globally recognized healthcare brand centered on trust, accessibility, communication, and patient-centered care.
